Mobile and release reliability

A reliability update for touch layouts, Safari packaging, review clarity and deliberate update checks.

MobileSafariUpdates
Phone and tablet extension layouts keep the ZyDevKit title, navigation and language picker reachable across supported touch viewports.
Safari popup startup now reserves stable desktop geometry while switching to viewport and safe-area sizing on real mobile screens.
Safari host and extension targets now share reviewed version, build, signing and bundle identifier metadata across packaging paths.
Settings includes clearer local-first product and demo information for review and day-to-day use.
A user-initiated update check reads public stable metadata and opens only the matching versioned GitHub Release; it never installs updates automatically.
